We currently offer free delivery to the following countries:

Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have begun processing it. Please note that some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers, and items in the same order may arrive separately.
Order tracking
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

If the date of the last order is before 12:00 (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Berlin), it will be processed the same day:
Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time: 2-4 days (Mon-Fri)
Shipping costs:
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Late orders
If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us and mention your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
You received your package, but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what's wrong, and contact us within 30 days of receipt, mentioning your order number.
