We do not charge a restocking fee.

Products ordered in error can be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. Personalised products, such as custom-made items, cannot be returned.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
A full refund will be issued via the original payment method as soon as we receive the products, verify them, and confirm they have not been opened. All customers must contact us after the package has been shipped and provide us with the tracking information so that we can process the refund.
Most financial institutions take an average of 3 business days to process the refund.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending the package with a tracking option, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

My product is damaged, what should I do?
For faster processing, please attach a photo showing the poor quality or damage to the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, with the logo and the defect clearly visible. This information will be used to assist you with your order and to prevent future issues.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Important notice regarding cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@glorenna.com within 30 days of receipt and return the item at your own shipping cost. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note: due to the rapid processing of orders, we may not be able to stop an order from being dispatched once it has been confirmed. If your order has already been dispatched, please use the return process above.

Return in 4 simple steps
- Send an email to info@glorenna.com to request a return form. Carefully read the conditions in the form before returning the product to our logistics center.
- Fill out the return form.
- Send your order with the completed form to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure the package has a tracking number.
- After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.
Exchange in 4 simple steps (size issue)
- Send an email to info@glorenna.com with your order number and the new size you would like. You will then receive an exchange form.
- Fill out the exchange form.
- Send your order with the completed form to the address provided. Make sure the package has a tracking number.
- Once we receive the package, we will send you the correct size free of charge.
Exchange in 4 simple steps (defective product)
- Send an email to info@glorenna.com and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the problem.
- Our team will check the product based on the images/videos.
- If the claim is validated, our team will send you a replacement product free of charge.
- Our customer service will provide you with the tracking information for the replacement shipment so that you can follow its progress.
